Mastercard , Visa and JCB = 1%
Diners = 3%
AMEX = 4%

Medical/Mature Aged Application

A non-refundable deposit of $10 + GST (10%) is required to process all pre-existing medical condition/mature age applications. When the policy is issued the deposit will be deducted from the discount price of the policy.

Overseas Postal Charges

If you are overseas and require a hard copy to be sent to you at the overseas address a fee of $15.00 + GST (10%) will be charged.

Duplicate Handling Fee

If you require a duplicate copy of your document/s to be sent to you a fee of $10.00 +GST (10%) will be charged.

Cancellation Fee

An Administration Charge of $50+ GST (10%) + credit card fee applies to each policy request cancelled, or issued policy cancelled (whether inside or outside any statutory cooling off period and is a cost recovery charge for work undertaken).
